In relation to the performance of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”), we inform you about the rules on the processing of your personal data and the rights
you are granted in relation to this.

In accordance with Article 13 paragraph 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we inform that:

2) in matters related to the protection of personal data, please contact the Data Controller at the following e-mail address: base@gjc.pl;3)Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing information about our products and services and about the products and services of our partners. We will process data in the scope of the following types of personal data, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address,telephone number, correspondence data, which were provided by you, based on your voluntary consent, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter (a) of the GDPR;
4) You have the right to withdraw the previously granted consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing which took place on the basis of the granted consent prior to its withdrawal. The consent may be withdrawn by e-mail to the address base@gjc.pl;
5) The recipients of your personal data shall be the entities processing the personal data on the basis of a data processing agreement concluded with the Data Controller, if it is necessary toentrust the data for processing, as well as the entities for which the Data Controller providesservices. The personal data may be transferred to third countries.
6) Your personal data will be stored for a period of time necessary to achieve the objective forwhich the data was obtained or until the withdrawal of the consent for data processing;
7) You have the right to access the content of your data, the right to rectify the data, the right todelete the data, the right to to restrict data processing, the right to data portability, the right toobject to data processing, and the right to withdraw the consent for the processing of yourpersonal data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing whichtook place on the basis of the granted consent prior to its withdrawal.
8) If you believe that the processing of your personal data constitutes a violation of the General Data Protection Regulation provisions, you have the right to lodge a complaint with asupervisory authority;
9) The provision of your data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the objectivefor which the data was obtained;
10) Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.

If you have entered into a contract with us or placed an order with us, please read the following:

3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementation of the contract/order,pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter (b) of the GDPR, and in the case of other data, that youhave provided voluntarily, solely on the basis of your voluntary consent, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter (a) of the GDPR;
4) You have the right to withdraw the previously granted consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing which took place on the basis of the granted consent prior to its withdrawal. The consent may be withdrawn by e-mail to the address base@gjc.pl;
5) The recipients of your personal data shall be the entities processing the personal data on thebasis of a data processing agreement concluded with the Data Controller, if it is necessary toentrust the data for processing for the purpose of implementation of the contract/order, aswell as the employees of the department dealing with your contract/order, the employees ofthe accounting department and the management staff at GJC International. The personal datamay be transferred to third countries;6)Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract/order implementation, andafter the contract/order implementation is completed for the mandatory period of datastorage resulting from separate provisions, in particular tax legislation, and until the expiry ofthe statute of limitations on the claims resulting from the contract/order;
7) You have the right to access the content of your data, the right to rectify the data, the right to delete the data, the right to to restrict data processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to data processing, and the right to withdraw the consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing whichtook place on the basis of the granted consent prior to its withdrawal.
8) If you believe that the processing of your personal data constitutes a violation of the General Data Protection Regulation provisions, you have the right to lodge a complaint with asupervisory authority;
9) The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the contract/order; If you fail to provide the personal data it will be impossible to implement the contract/order;
10) Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
